When it came time to consider all of the systems and technology involved in moving our radio stations to our new location, one of the big concerns was our 1995 telephone system!

We contacted Anchor Telecom!  Dan not only came up with an affordable quote for a new VOIP telephone system, he also came up with a plan of action for our transition to our new location.          

We agreed to do business and Dan then met with our stations engineers and IT professionals.  

Together they worked to coordinate the move and construct data network, which would support

the technology needed to run the radio stations.

 My agency switched its phone service to Anchor Telecom three years ago and we could not be more pleased. In August 2015 we tried three large companies for phone and internet.

All three carriers could not get the phone systems to work reliably and for a heavy service business like insurance that is crucial to good customer service. Each time we had to buy another expensive phone system to work with that carrier wasting time and money.

Anchor Telecom fixed the problem's we were having with our phone system and we have been delighted with their service. Dan was quick to respond to a hack attack on our phone system on election day 2020 and we never lost phone service.

Our latest phone solution Anchor Telecom provided is cloud based so even if my office has no power we can use the phone from any internet connection. Anchor’s latest upgrade allow me to receive and make phone calls from my cell phone using the office phone number so the staff do not have to give out their personal cell phone numbers if not called for.

If you are considering Anchor Telecom over larger glitzier rivals; I would recommend Dan's company hands down. More younger employees with limited knowledge can never rival Dan’s decades of phone experience.

Many companies resell phone service, but they are not phone experts. It may be more convenient to do business with one company that does it all, but are they specialists in everything they are selling you?
