We have been customers of Dan over at Anchor Telecom Inc’s for a long time. Back in about 2003 he installed our traditional Panasonic phone system. As technology changed, so did our phone needs. There was never a question that years later when we decided we needed to upgrade that we were going to give him a call. I cannot express how happy we are that we did.   When our organization experienced a rapid expansion, it became necessary to switch to a new phone system. Anchor Telcom helped us figure out the system that would work best for us. The selection was a VoIP hosted telephone system. This was a very smart decision, which allows us to print call records, check voicemails by email, forward and pre-pend messages to diferent staff members. These are only some of the features offered by the system. There are too many to list.

 To whom it may concern, When our AVAYA phone system of t2 years started to fail we were faced with a decision to upgrade to a new AVAYA system or take the leap and purchase a VOIP system. In theory the VOIP system made sense. lt was the newest and best technology and would reduce our AT&T bill substantially. lt was also considerably less of an investment than a brand new AVAYA system. However, we had concerns. With several sales associates, our business is dependent on reliable phone service. After speaking with Dan at Anchor Telecom and calling several of Anchor's customers, we were happy to learn all the businesses who have switched to an Anchor Telecom were glad they did. We too, are happy we made the decision to go with Anchor. We experienced no down-time during the installation process and Dan's staff was on-site to train our staff.
