When our organization experienced a rapid expansion, it became necessary to switch to a new phone system. Anchor Telcom helped us figure out the system that would work best for us. To whom it may concern, When our AVAYA phone system of t2 years started to fail we were faced with a decision to upgrade to a new AVAYA system or take the leap and purchase a VOIP system. In theory the VOIP system made sense. lt was the newest and best technology and would reduce our AT&T bill substantially. lt was also considerably less of an investment than a brand new AVAYA system. However, we had concerns. With several sales associates, our business is dependent on reliable phone service.
